baby_district_nurseIf you would like an appointment for any of our services call the practice number 020 8452 7646. Surgeries run from 08.10am to 11.30am and at various times in the afternoon. Monday to Friday.

We also have a limited number of appointments from 7am on a Wednesday morning, up until 7.10pm on Monday evenings. Please ask one of the receptionists for further information.

If you would like to see a particular doctor please inform the receptionist and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have an ongoing medical problem please try and visit the same doctor each time. This will help to improve the continuity of your care.  

If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen please inform the receptionist as you will need more than one appointment. Young children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Young people under the age of 16 may be seen alone, but cannot have investigations (e.g. blood tests or x-rays) without a responsible adult present.

Urgent appointments

Each day appointments are available for patients who need to see a doctor for an urgent medical problem. If you have an urgent problem which cannot wait until the next available routine appointment, please contact the surgery as early in the day as possible, you willl be informed of which bracnch to attend to see the duty doctor.

If you feel that your problem can be dealt with over the telephone , please ask the receptionist for a telephone appointment.

We ask that you use these appointments only for urgent medical problems. This will help us to keep the practice running smoothly. If the doctor feels that your problem is not in need of urgent attention they may ask you to rebook a routine appointment and come back at a later date.

Routine appointments

We aim to offer an appointment with a health care professional within 72 hours. Routine appointments are for 10 minutes. If you arrive late for your appointment you may be asked to re-book.

Telephone appointments are available for the doctors and nurses. They will ring you during surgery hours on the morning or afternoon specified.

Cancelling appointments

If you have made an appointment that you are unable to attend please call us to cancel it so that it becomes available for another patient.
