Meningitis ACWY Vaccine – If you are under 25 and are thinking of going to college or university, you are entitled to receive a vaccination against Meningitis ACWY. Please contact reception to make an appointment with our Practice Nurse. |
Recall System For Chronic Health Problems – We operate a recall system for patients with chronic illnesses such as coronary heart disease, diabetes and asthma. If you are under a recall system we will invite you to the practice so that we can regularly monitor your health. A flu campaign recall system is run annually for those patients who are in the “at risk” groups. Please do respond to these requests so that appointments times are not wasted. If you have any queries regarding these appointments ask to speak to the office administrator. |
If you would like to access any of the above services, please discuss with your GP.
The practice is committed to encouraging patients to stop smoking, please ask at the reception desk if you would like more details.
